STRENGTHENING HEALTH POLICY AND HEALTH TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT

HTACONFERENCE.kz is a leading platform for exchanging knowledge and expertise, facilitating expert discussions, and developing recommendations on Health Technology Assessment (HTA) in Central Asia.

Health Technology Assessment (HTA) is a multidisciplinary process that uses explicit methods to determine the value of a health technology at different points in its lifecycle. The purpose is to inform decision-making in order to promote an equitable, efficient, and high-quality health system.

We aim to improve the efficiency of regional health systems by promoting the adoption of the best practices in decision-making and resource allocation.

HTA2025.kz, supported by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international professional societies in health technology assessment (HTA) – HTAi and ISPOR, is dedicated to the effective application of HTA to enhance the quality and accessibility of healthcare services for the population.
